The new building of the Dresdner Bank is located at Pariser Platz next to the Brandenburger Tor. Meinhard von Gerkan’s design was intended to create an "elegant and reserved representative building" in these historic surroundings. For this purpose, he chose a façade from Obernkirchen Sandstein®, which is harmoniously integrated into the existing building.
